Chris brings years of experience in Vancouvers thriving hospitality industry to his work in real estate, including a decade as General Manager for one of North America’s most successful restaurant companies. That experience shaped a genuine care for people, along with the ability to manage high stakes details and deliver results under pressure. These skills carry directly into negotiating and closing on behalf of his clients.

His interest in real estate began early. His father spent years buying, managing, and renovating properties across British Columbia. Growing up around that work gave Chris an intuitive sense of the market long before he considered it as a career of his own.

Chris also has deep, longstanding ties to Squamish, a connection that has shaped his relationship with this region well beyond the city itself. He has since lived throughout the North Shore, from Horseshoe Bay to Deep Cove, before settling in Downtown Vancouver, giving him an honest, lived in understanding of what makes each community distinct.

He is a husband and father of two young boys, and that perspective shapes how he approaches every client relationship. He understands, in a very direct way, what a home needs to accommodate a life, and he brings the same care and attentiveness to his clients that he brings to his own family.
